Whitaker Construction, LLC was established in 2011 in Lancaster, KY by Shane Whitaker and his wife Lisa. Together Shane and Lisa have two boys Tanner and Beck. The Whitakers are from the Central Kentucky area. Shane has a creative passion and an extensive background in metal work. Since opening their metal shop, Shane has endeavored to construct our notoriety by concentrating on surpassing client desires. OUR SERVICES
Plasma Cutting
Our Komatsu Fine Plasma cutting systems are capable of cutting up to 1” thick mild steel and up to ¾” Stainless Steel and Aluminum. The positioning accuracy and superior edge cutting makes the Fine Plasma a true workhorse whether cutting 1 or 1,000 pieces.
Forming
The ability to form up to 12’ in length using 325 tons and our CNC 2-axis backgauge can form most plate and sheet to your specifications.
Sawing
Our Hyd-Mech saws can cut miters up to 50 degrees and can automatically saw cut thousands of parts within 0.005” tolerances.
Rolling and Bending
Our 3/16” x 8’ capacity roller allows us to provide rolled tubes, cones, and semi-radius bends. We can roll thicker material in shorter lengths as well. Our bending capabilities are up to 4” tube and 3 ½” sch 40 pipe.
Machining
Our machining capabilities allow us to machine 1 or 1,000 parts to your specifications.
Assembly
We can assemble your components or use our made components to assist in providing low cost alternatives to complete assemblies or sub-assemblies.
Welding
Our operator training provides the highest quality welding at the lowest possible cost.
